Founder and Director is a B.sc graduate of Economics from the University of Jos (1992), also an M.sc graduate of Economics from the University of Lagos (2003) has over 20 years working experience. 

In the past 10 years, he has been Head Marketing / Business Development, Options Securities Ltd, Financial Advisers to Cross Rivers State Government and Akwa Ibom Investment and Promotion Council (Akiipoc) (2001-2004), OGR Investment and Trust company Ltd 2004-date. Financial Adviser Ameriprise Financial, largest Financial Planning Firm in the USA, 2006-2008.

Diepriye is also the Founder and President of Gramel Capital Management, LLC (2008-date), and a United States Licensed Financial Advisory Firm situated in Maryland, USA. He is the Chairman Governing council of Clearview Medical Services, LLC (2010- date), a United States Licensed Healthcare Services Provider located in Maryland, USA. 

He is a Holder of the Prestigious Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC*) awarded by the College for Financial Planning USA. He also holds and has held FINRA securities licenses Series7 and Series 66 for stockbrokers and Investment Advisers in USA. He is a Mercury Award Winner from Ameriprise Financial Inc, USA. 

He has attended numerous courses both home and abroad.
